Once tender has been accepted, we move on to the design phase. Here you will work with our design team to finalise your floorplan and facade design.

Once we have a thorough understanding of the project, our designers and construction managers prepare your tender outlining costs, timeframes and any other important requirements.

It's time to pack! At handover we meet to give you a thorough tour of your new home, demonstrating how to operate the various appliances and house features.
4. Styling Phase
Now the real fun begins! It's time to meet our styling team who will work closely with you to choose all your fixtures, finishes, appliances and colours.
5. Construction Phase
Once all plans have been processed and approved, construction can begin. Throughout this phase our team will be in touch regularly to keep you up to date with the progress.
