Is it more expensive to custom design my new home?
The benefit of custom designing your home is that we can tailor the design to meet your requirements and budget. There is very little difference in a like for like home regardless of whether it is a custom design or a 'project home'. The best part of a custom design is you can create your home just how you always imagined it.
How long will it take to build my new home?
Timeframes vary depending on the size and style of the home, but as a general guide we aim to have your home built within 6-9 months from foundation to handover.
Is the size of my block a factor?
As a custom builder we can design a home to suit just about any size or shape block. There may be some limitations if the block is split level or sloping heavily, but we're happy to come out and do a site inspection and discuss the possibilities.

Do you take care of all the council approvals & regulations?
Yes, we look after all the approvals and certifications so you can concentrate on the creation and design of your new home.
