We are extremely pleased with build and quality of service that was provided. The whole process from inception to completion was seamless and smooth. We were heard patiently at every step of the build. Our questions and concerns were addressed in a professional yet friendly manner. The inclusions provided are of high standard and quality. We have just been handed the keys to our new and completed investment property and could not be happier with the outcome! This has been a very professional and stress free experience from start to finish and one that has delivered all the outcomes we were hoping for.
Right throughout the whole process we were made to feel at ease, we had access to the whole team and it is very much their family approach to building that makes you feel comfortable. There were no cost blowouts, and we received a home that was finished to a beautifully high standard.
Handover has come in ahead of our contract completion time, and toward the end we were invited to defect the home prior to our handover to make sure we addressed any concerns or issues so we were happy on handover day.
Wonderful service, a fantastic team, communication that puts you at ease and trades that are easy to talk to and care about what they do.
